our process from sky to submission

Phase 1: Planning & Airspace Compliance
We kick off with FAA Part 107 compliance, LAANC clearance (Class B near Logan), and safety planning tailored to your site.

Phase 2: Engineering Visual Assessment
A licensed engineer performs a binocular visual scan to flag potential areas of concern.

Phase 3: Drone Imaging & Defect Capture
We conduct full vertical and oblique imaging of the entire facade and roof, including close-ups of flagged zones. Optional: RTK precision mapping and thermal detection.

Phase 4: Engineering Markup & Recommendations
Our partner engineer reviews all data to create annotated defect maps and safety evaluations—meeting the City of Boston's façade ordinance requirements.

Phase 5: Minor Repairs (Optional)
Need to fix an issue for compliance? We can execute or coordinate make-safe repairs and fully document them for city submission.

Phase 6: Final Report & Stamped Compliance Affidavit
Our engineer issues the final stamped report and affidavit required by the City of Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD).
