BCG Safety & Risk ManagEMent
The safety and well-being of our valued employees, as well as those individuals present around our various construction projects, are top priorities for Building Construction Group. BCG is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing the very best equipment, comprehensive training programs, and best practices to create a workplace culture that is thoroughly focused on preventing incidents and accidents. This commitment to safety is supported by thorough training, recognition of safe practices, and accountability at all levels of the organization. All BCG employees and sub-contractors take on personal responsibility for their own safety and that of others by actively identifying and avoiding unsafe situations whenever possible. Site superintendents, project managers, and site supervisors work diligently to ensure a safe work environment, effectively teach safe practices, and inform workers of any potential hazards that may arise on site.
BCG’s Safe Practices:
BCG maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any unsafe actions or behaviors in the workplace. As part of our commitment to safety, every BCG employee assigned to any job site is required to complete our comprehensive orientation program. Additionally, BCG has set a clear objective to ensure that all field crew members hold at least an OSHA 10-Hour training certification. Furthermore, it is important to note that nearly all of our BRC Foremen and Superintendents have achieved the more extensive OSHA 30-Hour training certification, reflecting our dedication to workplace safety and compliance.
